Yes, those things. Those 80’s icons, chia seeds, are all the rage again. From smoothies to skin care, here’s why those tiny seeds are so awesome:

They have exceptionally high levels *64-73%* of alpha linolenic acid (omega 3). Omega 3 is so beneficial to skin; providing protection and fighting inflammation.

Chia seed oil is also a great source of vitamin B3, another anti-inflammatory, and zinc, which helps balance skin oil production. Pairing organic chia seed oil with the balancing effects of ylang ylang essential oil is what makes our new Finding Balance Face Serum such an amazing ally against oily skin.
