Gal On A Mission’s Buffalo Cauliflower Bites!

Last weekend we went to Green Vegetarian, a fantastic vegan and vegetarian restaurant here in San Antonio. We ordered the buffalo cauliflower for the first time and it was amazing (that might be an understatement). It seemed like a pretty simple make at home dish, so after a quick search on Pinterest, I found what looks to be the recipe. I did, however, change ‘butter’ to ‘coconut oil or vegan butter’ (and I bet sriracha would be good if you don’t have Frank’s on hand). Enjoy!

Healthy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites - These bites are addicting, spicy (to some), and surprisingly fantastic! If you love a delicious buffalo chicken dip, these bites are for you!
